I have led the planning, execution and synthesis of multiple research projects in collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, Product Marketing, Data Science, Customer Support, etc
Been invited to people’s homes to observe their experiences and understand their contexts
Facilitated multiple design workshops, focus groups and group synthesis sessions
Conducted series of remote and in-person usability tests on everything from paper prototypes to high-fidelity prototypes to hardware devices.
Mapped experiences into communicable formats and created multiple presentations to input user perspectives into the design process
Led a series of workshops to develop the mission statement and evaluate internally and externally the lastest ecobee rebrand
Collected feedback that enabled the successful launch of the the ecobee Smart thermostat that currently has a 4.5-star rating on Amazon
